REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds & Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any of our products or services sold through our website.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Report any damages within 3-5 days from delivery date. We will submit a claim to the manufacturer and they will provide a replacement if applicable. All our cabinets are custom made to the style, color and design of each customer therefore we do not accept returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our cabinets. In some cases some items (not including cabinets) may be eligible for an exchange please contact us at ordersnyckandb@gmail.com for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on custom items must be made within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund. After 24 hours but before 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Once the 48 hours have passed and the order has been submitted we can’t cancel the order and you won’t receive a refund.
