Thank you for choosing NYC Kitchen & Bath. Please review the following terms carefully, as they apply to all our kitchen cabinet purchases. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.
All custom and special-order cabinet purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is immediately submitted for production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Custom cabinets are built to the exact specifications, style, color, and layout chosen by the customer. As these products are not returnable to the manufacturer and cannot be resold, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
We do not offer exchanges for custom or special-order cabinets. In limited circumstances, certain items may be eligible for an exchange.
To inquire about eligibility, please contact us at ordersnyckandb@gmail.com. All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our team prior to processing, and may be subject to additional fees or manufacturer restrictions.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away at ordersnyckandb@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
All damages must be reported within 3–5 days of the delivery date. Upon receiving your report, we will submit a claim to the manufacturer. If approved, a replacement for the damaged or defective item will be issued.
All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products or services sold through our business, including online or in-store orders.
All cabinetry is custom-made and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
