Phase One - Bathroom Design
The first phase of your bathroom renovation is the design phase. This can take about one to two weeks’ time depending on project scope and complexity. You will work with our interior designer to create the bathroom you have in mind. Whether it’s just an upgrade of the fixtures or countertops or gut renovations of one or more bathrooms in the home are what you had in mind, we will help you realize your vision and make your dream bathroom a reality.
You will be assigned one of our project managers who will be your point of contact through the extent of the renovation journey. Any questions? Concerns? Comments? Change your mind about the color of your new tiles or want to increase the size of the walk-in shower you want, tell your project manager.
We do everything in house to help keep your bathroom remodeling costs down while providing you with the high-end materials and expert craftsmanship that has been the stepping stone of our success in the industry. Furthermore, it saves you from having to track down multiple contractors and providers just to ask a question or share a concern you have. One project manager does it all.
During the design phase, you will work with our designer to create the bathroom you love and build out a three-dimensional rendering of the bathroom to give you a highly realistic and accurate visual depiction of what this new space will look like in your home when the work is complete.
Phase Two - Preparation Phase
As the next phase of your renovation project begins, your assigned project manager will come to visit your home and start gathering measurements and additional data that are the precursor to the start of the construction process in earnest.
But first, you will review the three-dimensional rendering of your bathroom renovation project and approve of what you see or make any changes, additions, or adjustments. You can see everything about your bathroom renovation right there in 3D. If you like what you see and wish to proceed, we will request your initial payment and order all of the materials that are required for your bathroom renovation project.
We want you to love your new bathroom. So be sure to speak up and tell us what you like and what you might like to change or add before the preparation phase is complete, because once this phase is finished, the construction phase on your bathroom renovation begins.
We will set a date and time to come to your home and begin construction of your new bathroom. Before our contractors arrive, be sure to review the rules and regulations that may apply to your home as per your HOA or condominium board to see if your bathroom renovation plans need to be submitted for approval. If so, we ask you get that approval prior to the start of work.
Phase Three - Construction Phase
Working from the three-dimensional rendering of your bathroom renovation project, our team begins work on your new bathroom starting with the demolition stage, which means removing everything in the bathroom from the cabinets to the countertops to the fixtures and anything else that is tagged for removal.
Electrical and plumbing fixtures and lines are updated or converted if needed for accommodation of your new fixtures, lighting, and other components that are part of your bathroom remodel project.
If you’re expanding a small bathroom into something with a bigger layout, walls are knocked down and/or repaired. After that work is complete, the new components are installed in your new bathroom – flooring, tiles, countertops, whatever your project dictates based on your specifications.
All of your fixtures are then replaced and the room is painted and detailed.
