Your kitchen is the functional and emotional center of your home. It’s where you and your family start the day with breakfast and a coffee to go, it’s where dinner is served when the day has come to an end, and memories made with family, friends, and loved ones all year round. Not to mention it’s where all the snacks and beverages reside for those late nights finishing homework or just relaxing after a long week.
The kitchen brings everyone together. When you’re ready to sell your home, a decision on whether or not to purchase your property often hinges on the prospective homebuyers’ opinion of the kitchen. While you may not be ready to sell just yet, you still want a kitchen that you and your family can enjoy and be proud to show off when entertaining guests or touring the property with a potential buyer.
So what is the current state of your kitchen at the moment? Is it a modern, highly functional space that you look forward to using day and night or is it an eyesore filled with old fixtures, damaged cabinets, and faded countertops that have seen far better days? If the answer is the latter, then it’s time to put some time and care into this space with updates and renovations with our team at NYC Kitchen and Bath.
Our team of experts is ready to help turn your dream kitchen into a reality. We have been making that dream come true for clients throughout the five boroughs and all across the Tri-State Area for over eight years now and we’re only getting started!

Our 10,000 square foot showroom features an incredible array of samples and displays from all the top brands in high-quality kitchen surfaces, countertops, fixtures, and appliances to help you transform your old kitchen into a whole new space.
This first phase of the project typically takes as little as one week to as many as two, all based on the size, scope, and complexity of the kitchen renovation or remodel you have in mind. Our team works to help you design the layout and all of the other attributes that make up your unique and specific vision for your dream kitchen. Even if you’re not sure what that vision looks like yet, we’re here to offer ideas, suggest colors and products, and make recommendations as to which fixtures and functions are right for your home and the space in which you have to work.
Visit our massive showroom, search all of the styles, patterns, sizes, and finishes we offer to find the kitchen that speaks to your specific tastes.
The design of your new kitchen first comes to life with a three-dimensional rendering based on all of your specifications and preferences. This rendering is intended to be an accurate depiction of what your kitchen will look like when the job is complete and we want to ensure that you absolutely love what you see. So it’s very important that you are honest and upfront with any changes, adjustments, questions, or concerns you may have throughout the design phase.
One of our project managers will supervise the project from start to finish. This individual will be your liaison throughout the process, so you won’t be left trying to talk to multiple supervisors and contractors just to ensure that your voice is heard and the project supports your specific vision.
We do everything in-house and this brings your kitchen remodeling costs down while still providing you with the high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship that have made NYC Kitchen and Bath the Tri-State Area’s most trusted kitchen remodeler
The design phase is complete when you sign off on the rendering of your new kitchen. That’s when part one of the construction stage begins.
One of our NYC Kitchen and Bath project managers will come visit your home, take measurements and gather all of the important data about the space where your kitchen currently exists. Feel free to ask questions, offer ideas, and make any major changes to the renovation plan you wish during the prep stage. If you want extra storage, change the color of your cabinets, or you want to add more components, now is the time to tell us!
Once we take all of the measurements and apply your specifications to your kitchen renovation project, we update the 3D rendering of the space so you are able to explore the latest version of your new kitchen renovation including the cabinets, flooring, countertops, the backsplash, surfaces, fixtures, handles, all of it – from the major essentials to the tiny details.
If you are happy with every square inch of what you see, this means all of the colors, patterns, surfaces, materials, colors, you name it, then we feel we are ready to move forward to the next stage.
This is when you make your initial payment on the project. We order all of the building and project materials needed for the job, and a date is scheduled for our team to come to your home and begin construction of your brand new kitchen renovation.
Please note – if your home must comply with any condominium board rules or HOA mandates, then it is essential that you review any rules, regulations, or by-laws to first determine if your renovation plan must be pre-approved before we start work. But if you are free and clear to renovate at your own discretion, then you just leave everything else to us in securing all required building materials and necessary permits to start construction on your new kitchen.
The build stage begins by removing and relocating your kitchen appliances. Those staying are set aside, those being removed are taken out and the replacements are kept waiting in the wings until the renovation is complete. After the appliances are relocated, demolition of the kitchen begins as countertops, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, everything that is being replaced is first taken out. If walls are being knocked down or new windows are being installed, those preparations are made as well. Electrical and plumbing systems are updated or converted as necessary.
After the demolition portion is complete, it’s to rebuild and install your new flooring, new backsplash, new countertops and surfaces, new fixtures, whatever the project calls for based on the three dimensional model of your new kitchen project.
Once construction is finished, your appliances are placed where they belong and hooked up. The kitchen is painted and detailed at your exact specifications.
Every component of your kitchen renovation project is protected by a warranty. All labor performed by NYC Kitchen & Bath is covered by a one-year warranty. The building materials, appliances, and elements that comprise your renovated kitchen are covered by their own separate warranties which can range with limited terms to lifetime coverage against product or manufacturer’s defects for as long as you own them.

While a kitchen renovation can yield a significant return on investment at anywhere from one third to one half of your spend, it’s important to know that an increase in home value relies on a variety of factors. These include the location of the home, the strength of the housing market at the time of sale, the condition of the kitchen at the time of sale, and other possible factors.
But even if you don’t plan on selling now or in the immediate future, you can enjoy all of the benefits of a brand-new, vibrant, fully functional, and efficient new kitchen for as long as you reside in your home.
