Your kitchen renovation project begins with the design phase of the process, which can last anywhere from one to two weeks depending on the size and scope of the project, whether or not you have a clear idea of what you want or if you would like our experts to help you develop your new kitchen.
You will work with one of our project managers through the duration of the project. That means you won’t have to reach out to multiple contractors and design and remodeling departments to track progress, ask questions and ultimately get the kitchen you want. We do it all in-house to help keep your kitchen remodeling costs down while providing you with the high-end materials and top quality craftsmanship that has been the cornerstone of our enduring success throughout New York City and the Tri-State Area.
The design phase concludes with our team building a 3D rendering of the kitchen to give you an accurate depiction of how it will look when the job is finished.
The construction stage of the project begins with one of our project managers visiting your home to take measurements of every inch and corner of the space. Feel free to discuss any further ideas for expansion or alternatives and additions to the kitchen you may also wish to include during the project, such as an island or extra storage. Now is the time to ask as many questions as you wish while we’re walking through your existing space.
Once we have gathered all of the measurements and specifications for your new kitchen, we enter that information into our computer to build the 3D rendering of the space. You’ll see everything you have identified for your new renovation project, including surfaces, countertops, backsplash, fixtures, handles, all of the essential elements and the tiny details put together in a full three-dimensional artistic rendering of what your kitchen will look like when it’s complete.
We want you to love your new remodeled kitchen so if there is anything you don’t like or would like to change, be sure to tell us and we will make any adjustments as you instruct, down to the smallest detail. If there is a different color you prefer or a certain type of surface that you feel would match better in your home, make it known you want those changes made to the 3D model so your renovated kitchen looks exactly as you have envisioned.
Once you are pleased with the layout and you are ready to proceed, we will ask for you to make your initial payment, all of your kitchen project materials are ordered, and a date scheduled to begin construction of your brand new kitchen.
We recommend that you review the current rules and regulations of your HOA or condominium board in case you are required to have your kitchen renovation or remodel pre-approved before we arrive.
Then leave the rest to us, we will make sure to secure all required permits and building materials to start construction on your new kitchen.
Using your approved three-dimensional rendering as the blueprint, our team arrives at your home to start construction on your new kitchen, providing a full-service restoration that starts with relocating your appliances from the space. Any appliances that are getting replaced are removed.
Next, we begin the demolition of your kitchen, pulling out the current cabinets, extracting countertops, removing the flooring, anything and everything that is getting replaced must first be removed. Electrical and plumbing lines and systems are updated or converted.
Walls are taken out or patched up after removal of the main components in the space. New extensions or spaces of incoming windows are created. Your new cabinets, new flooring, new backsplash, new surfaces, new lighting and new plumbing and fixtures, are all installed.
Once everything is complete, we install new appliances, replace your current appliances and paint and detail the kitchen to give it the finishing touch.
